Once you have selected which works you would like to buy, we will ship them to you with DHL Worldwide Delivery Services or another reliable delivery service, within the shortest possible time of receipt of your order and payment. An e-mail will be sent to you confirming delivery. You can rest assured that your painting is packed well and will arrive safely. Once the order leaves our location, Air Mail delivery time from the artist to your country usually ranges from 10 – 20 days. 2. You get a Certificate of Authenticity by the artist for every original painting you buy, a document that proves its originality. For the sake of transparency and customer friendliness, all details related to the paintings you buy are given when you click on the painting: kind, material used, size, name of the painting, painter, price etc. 3. According to the DHL’s tariff list the air transportation from Pyongyang for an average painting weighing less than 1 kg and being sent in a robust carton tube would cost upto 84 Euro for remote destinations. We will add a fixed charge for packaging and transportation of Euro 70 and will not increase the charge if you buy more than 1 painting. 4. We are preparing to introduce the use of the best on-line payment system which will guarantee 100% safety — www.PayPal.com – and will inform you on this website when it’s done. We also intend to add the use of credit cards.
